Müsekkin

Art does not stay on walls; it quiets, travels, lives.

MÜSEKKİN — A timeless exhibition, traveling with its keepers.

A painting on a gallery wall is seen only by those who come to it. Müsekkin proposes something else: oil paintings miniaturized by the artist's own hand into wearable, numbered, certified works produced in strictly limited editions. In this way, art is not hung on a wall — it is hung on the rhythm of a life.

From the Studio

A brooch is completed in five days. A larger painting is born first; then its spirit is carried, by my own hand, onto a smaller surface.

Provenance

To acquire a brooch is to enter a record. Every Müsekkin brooch enters the studio's archive under the name of its first keeper.

Paintings

Each collection has only one large original. This person becomes the owner of the original — knowing that miniature counterparts of the same work travel the world.
