Every work has a history. In the art world, provenance is the record of where a work has travelled over the course of its life [...] At Müsekkin, this is no ordinary record; it is where the brand begins.
The Defter
A register rests in the studio. Before leaving the studio, every Müsekkin work is entered into it by name [...] The same record is also kept digitally; one ages with time, the other is archived. This register is not sold, not copied, and never passes to anyone else.
